How accurate is the translation?
Very accurate. TransLive understands and translates speech together, so meaning carries through even when speakers mix languages. Adding context (names, terms, the topic) improves results further.
Which languages are supported?
60 languages, with translation between any pair: more than 3,500 combinations. See the full list on our Languages page.
Can I use it just for transcription?
Yes. Choose Transcribe instead of translating, and you get live captions and a full transcript in the language being spoken. It works the same for uploaded files, and you can save and export the transcript like any other.
Can I translate a Zoom, Meet or Teams call?
Yes. Choose “Tab or system audio” as the source and share the tab running your call. Nothing joins your meeting, and you can translate everyone in it.
What file types can I upload?
MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, WebM, OGG, FLAC, AAC, AIFF, AMR and ASF. Up to 2 hours per file on Pro and 5 hours on Business.
How are minutes counted?
Live sessions count the time your session is open, including pauses. Files count the duration of the audio. Minutes reset each billing month.
What happens to my audio?
Live audio is translated as you speak and is not stored by us. Uploaded files are deleted as soon as they're processed. Your transcripts and translations are kept only if you save them, and you can delete them at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Settings, and you keep access until the end of the period.
